Shipping
We ship from Australia to almost anywhere in the world. However please keep in mind that Australia is very far away from most of you! We post orders out in a day or 2 but international orders will usually take at least a couple of weeks to arrive.
We don't want shipping to be complicated and confusing so we have set a flat rate below. NOTE: this is AU$ and will be converted to your own currency at checkout. Each parcel is tracked with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number and updates on its progress via email or text. All orders are dispatched in 1-3 days.

Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or local sales taxes relevant to your country. These are not the responsibility of Puppetello and the buyer will be solely responsible for the payment of these costs upon receipt of goods.
Returns
We know that you are going to love your new Puppetello friend, but if you're not 100% happy for any reason, just email us within 7 days of receipt and we will do everything we can to help. We offer replacement, exchange, or a full refund (minus shipping cost) if it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving it.

How are they made?
Each Puppet boasts a unique mix of materials sourced from all over the world. They are put together with high strength thread on an industrial sewing machine, double stitched where needed and hand sewn in delicate areas. They are built for rough play and made to last. Our puppets are not recommended for children under 5 as some of the fur we use sheds and could cause a choking hazard.

Do you take custom orders?
We do not make completely new puppet designs, however if it is not during a particularly busy period, we can make up one of the designs I already have in a specific colour of your choice with slight differences like ear shape or size, eye and fur colours. There is a custom fee for a one off order like this. Veiw our Gallery page for some ideas.
